Definition
In Hindustan, Chinese doesn't necessarily pertain to the people of China but it quintessentially refers to Chinese food. Indian cooks, however, really do not understand the concept of Chinese food, so instead of Chinese food you get something with vague resemblance to Chinese food but lacks the adeptness of imitation in which Chinese (the people) have attained domination.
The only gratification lies in the fact that the cook who cooks Chinese (the food) appears very much like a Chinese male in mid thirties.
Usage
You: "Lets go out and eat Chinese today!"
*You with your lousy friend at a street food corner*
"Doh (two) chicken shezwan rice."
*You get the exotic dish before you utter the last syllable of rice*
Your lousy friend: "Kal phir atey hain!" (We'll come again tomorrow).
