Outside Cars

In a gated apartment complex, a car (or cars) that does not belong to any of the current residents.

As in any crowded city, parking space is limited and societies or colonies designate a fixed number of spaces for residents. Any visitor must resort to looking for parking outside the gated area, usually on the main road or any number of avenues that criss-cross the locality.

The phrase is usually seen in signage as your enter the complex. The watchman is usually quick to warn you off, unless you wish to take an aggressive stance.
