1. A person who engages in activities resulting in loss of reputation such as self-liking FB posts or sending 'fraanship' requests
2. Individual with low CQ (coolness quotient).
3. Not with the times

Usage

Girl 1: He is such a loser .We just meet yesterday at Girl2's party and he sent me a friend request on Facebook.
Girl 2: Don't add him ya. He's really a loser. I saw his ipod. He still listens to MLTR.
Girl 3: He doesn't even know about Google+...Total loser, I swear!
