Quirky guys found in hostels of Engineering colleges with an extraordinary ability to arrange any request in a jiffy even at the dead of night. Quite obviously the request are limited to cigarettes, bluefilm, lecture notes, porn magazines, and books.
It is derived from the word Jugaad which means roughly to provide or arrange.
