PTA Banned List boggles the mind. We understand banning lewd words (to an extent) but good old headlights? Why has headlights been banned?
Our naughty indian uncles have chimmed in the conversation and educated us. Apparently, when you see a girls nipples through her shirt, it is called "Headlights."
