Essentially denotes a spectacularly ugly specimen of the human species, sometimes also conditioned by the fact that such specimen never bathes, never cleanses the eye boogers around the eye (or cheepad) when he wakes up and is generally pig-status-worthy filthy.

Also, a man displaying the above characteristics is a cheepda whilst a woman displaying the same is a cheepdi.
