The notorious sound that litters a certain class of incessant talkers whose only intention is to yap and yap about themselves but who, during their course of a misspent life, have somehow managed to notice that there needs to be a hapless audience that they need to spew their verbal diarrhea upon and that this unfortunate victim also needs to be acknowledged as alive and breathing for the sake of the other surrounding unfortunate peripheral audience and therefore this first poor bugga needs to make some noises occasionally through reacting to his "aayttha ?"
